Arlen Lopiccalo: Since you have dry skin, a powder foundation would highlight the dry areas, so a liquid foundation would be best. I suggest that you use a oil-based moisturizer for dry skin areas and a oil-free one for areas not so dry. Don't forget to tone and exfoliate as well. Like the other answerer, Fit Me by Maybelinne is good for dry skin. Also, covergirl clean foundation for sensitive, normal or even oily, if you want a matte finish. For less coverage, use a tinted moisturizer or make your own with mineral foundation and your moisturizer. Neutrogena healthy skin tinted moisturizer is a good one. Myron Leftwich: I would say maybelline fit me cuz its dewy and smooth. But it doesnt have good coverage at all. I hated it cuz it made me oily. But ! I think since you have dry skin it would work for you.
