Shawn Lelis: Are you kidding? When Hezekiah came back to rebuild the Temple, they searched and found the Law there. Then they had to find documented proof there as to who were Levites or there could be no priest. The whole city of Jerusalem was destroyed and burned leaving not one stone on top of another. Norine Lomonte: The reason for the need of the genealogy was to prove that when the Christ came to prove it is him -Jesus !Since Jesus came, the genealogy is not needed anymore.Building the 'new" temple is not a 3D one. It is all of us with LOVE! that Believe that God sent Jesus as the Christ!
