How do you prepare yourself to pass a fitness test?

Brenton Cornwall: Find out in advance what the requirements and practice. If you have time, start out slowly and build you endurance. If you are taking it tomorrow, get outside and try everything at least once tonight. You'll get a better score even if you've only practiced once. I know a guy who passed the school Presidential Physical fitness test by choosing a really athletic guy he expected to pass and trying to keep up with him.
