Keven Drumgole: Fitness is a different thing to each individual. To try to find a "one size fits all" answer is hard to do with a single post. Every person is responsible for their own fitness, and that also depends on current body build, interests, and conditioning. If you weigh less than the back pack you try to carry when mountain climbing you may need more training and body building. If you weigh more than your couch you may need diet and nutrition regiments as well as just a general physical work out. The combinations are as varied as there are people, each pers! on must find what works for them and then the hard part is to just do it. Start easy, and do it every day, make fitness a habit. Give up watching the evening news and do a quick routine instead. It can be dancing, walking, or any other activity you like.
