Financial Aid for School?

Usually you will first be put on financial aid probation in which time you must do well and show satisfactory academic process toward your degree. If you continue to do badly then your financial aid is usually suspended which means then you would lose your financial aid and then you would have to pay yourself to attend and do very well and then if you do well they will reconsider giving you aid. Mayola Sylva: If this is the first class you have failed, you should be fine. In order to be eligible for federal aid, you need to meet criteria which include the Academic Progress Policy (completing 67% of attempted credits), keeping up the minimum GPA for your year in school, and making adequate progress in your degree program. Note that withdrawing from classes is the same as failing when it comes to comple! ting the 67% of credits successfully. If you have concerns, contact the financial aid office at your school and look over your transcripts with them.
